1 pkg. H-E-B Natural Angus Beef Skirt Steaks or Fajitas
1 Tbsp. Adam's Reserve Rub, variety of your choice
1/2 - 1 c. Texas on the Plate Soppin' Sauce
• flour tortillas
• Suggested toppings: fresh pico de gallo, guacamole and
Drizzle Pecos 83 Marinade over skirt steaks. Let stand 15 or 20 minute
Season steaks with Adams Reserve Rub.
Grill fajitas according to time and temperature directions on packagin
g. Cook to desired degree of doneness; brush with Soppin' Sauce after
turning to second side and again after removing from grill.
Slice steaks thinly, across the grain, and serve in hot flour tortilla
s with toppings of your choice.
