Herb-Marinated Beef Steaks With Asparagus
10 to 15 minutes
2 HEB Natural Angus Boneless or NY Strip Steaks, cut 1-inch thick
1 cup plus 1/2 cup Cookwell & Company™ Italian
Herb & Olive Oil Marinade
1 teaspoon each Adams Reserve Sea Salt, Coarse Black Pepper and
1 bunch asparagus (about 12 ounces), tough ends removed
2 to 4 ounces feta cheese crumbles, seasoned or flavored
Place steaks and 1-cup marinade in a large plastic bag. Seal bag and
toss to coat; marinate steaks 30 to 60 minutes.

Break or cut tough ends from asparagus and discard. Drizzle 1/4 cup d
ressing over asparagus.
Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade. Season steaks with sal
t, pepper and garlic powder. Grill to desired doneness, according to
steak package directions. Cook asparagus on grill with steaks 5 to 10
minutes or until tender; brush with remaining 1/4 cup marinade.
Remove steaks from grill; sprinkle immediately with cheese, let stand
3 minutes and serve
