Grilled Sirloin With Blue Cheese Ranch Salad

1 pkg. H-E-B Fully Cooked® Beef Sirloin Steak
1 cup H-E-B Buttermilk, regular or reduced fat
1 cup H-E-B Mayonaise, regular or reduced fat
1 pkg. (1 oz.) Hidden Valley Ranch Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 tomato, diced small
Heat steaks according to package instructions to desired doneness.
In a bowl combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, and dressing mix. Season wit
h garlic powder and pepper.
Remove core from lettuce and slice into wedges. Rinse and pat dry.
Slice hot steak into thin strips.
Place lettuce wedge on a plate and spoon dressing over lettuce. Top ea
ch salad with blue cheese crumbles and diced tomatoes. Serve with hot
