Grilled Onion Burger Dinner

Ingredients

1 envelope Carb Options Onion Recipe Mix

1 pound lean ground beef

4 (1 ounce each) slice cheddar cheese

1/2 head iceberg lettuce, cut into 4 wedges

1 red bell pepper, cut into 8 rings, seeds removed

1 cup H-E-B Texas Twist Salad Dressing, any flavor

Directions


Combine onion recipe mis , ground beef, and 1/4 cup water in a mixing
bowl. Shape the ground beef mixture into 4 patties, 5-inches in diamet
er and 1/2-inch thick. Place patties on a foil-lined tray, cover with
plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to grill.
Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375 degrees F). Brush hot g
rill with olive oil to prevent sticking. Grill patties for 3 minutes p
er side or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F and juices
run clear. Top each burger with a slice of cheese and allow to melt.
Serve each burger with a wedge of letuce, two slices of red bell peppe
r and 2 tablespoons salad dressing
