Fajitas With Borracho Beans
20 to 25 minutes
* H-E-B Marinated Beef or Chicken for Fajitas
2 red bell peppers, sliced into strips
2 green bell peppers, sliced into strips
1 large Sweet onion sliced into strips
* H-E-B Sour Cream
* H-E-B Flour Tortillas
* shredded cheddar cheese, large curls
* Borracho Beans:
4 cups chicken broth
2 cans pinto beans, drained
1 can refried beans
1 container (12 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® Pico de Gallo
6 oz. mexican beer
1 tsp. Morton's® lime salt'
1 Tbsp. hot sauce
Grill fajitas over hot charcoal until juices run clear.
Slice into strips and serve with remaining ingredients.
Borracho beans: Combine all ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
