1 pkg. (16 oz.) H-E-B fully cooked® chicken chile verde
* H-E-B white corn tortillas
* Tomatillo salsa
* H-E-B Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
* H-E-B crema (mexican sour cream)
Pre-heat oven to 400F.
Follow package instructions on chicken to warm through. Then shred, or
pull chicken apart into small pieces.
Spray a 9x13 inch glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Fill
tortillas with chicken and roll into enchiladas. Place in baking dish.
Spoon Tomatillo salsa over enchiladas. Sprinkle with cheese and spread
sour cream over cheese.
Bake until cheese has melted and dish is hot and bubbly
