Chicken Caesar Burger

4 pieces (5-6 ounces each) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked

4 slices mozzarella cheese

4 kaiser rolls or hamburger buns

1/2 cup HEB Two Cheese Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing

2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

1 medium tomato, sliced

1 small red onion, sliced

4 leaves romaine lettuce

1 can (2 oz) flat fillet of anchovies (optional)


Melt one slice cheese on each chicken breast.
Spread 1 tablespoon of dressing on each half of roll or bun and top ea
ch with 1 teaspoon Parmesan and optional anchovies.
To build burger, layer one chicken breast, sliced tomato, red onion an
d lettuce on bottom half on roll. Top with other half of roll or bun.
Serve immediately.
