1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders, cut into 1-inch cub

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1/4 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Coarse Ground Black Pepper

1 tablespoon Hill Country Fare Vegetable Oil

1 cup Oniā„¢ Moondance Marinade

6 garlic cloves

1 red bell pepper

8 sliced green onions, white & green parts separated

3/4 cup raw cashews, toasted


In a medium bowl, toss chicken with cornstarch until chicken is coated
. Then season with pepper.
