1 Tbsp. Bolner's® fiesta brand fajita seasoning
2 H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!™ garlic cloves
1/3 cup Central Market™ soy sauce
1/3 cup H-E-B red wine vinegar
1/2 cup H-E-B Olive Oil
3 pounds Trimmed fajita meat
1 package (16 oz.) H-E-B Fresher Lasting™ guacamole kit
1 package H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® fajita vegetables
12 H-E-B refrigerated ready to cook flour tortillas
Combine Bolner's Fiesta Brand Fajita Seasoning, garlic cloves, soy sau
ce and wine vinegar in a food processor or blender bowl. Process the m
ixture for 30seconds and then slowly add the olive oil until the sauce
Combine the marinade and fajita meat in a large zipper bag and turn th
e bag over several times to coat meat evenly. Marinate the meat for 30
minutes or overnight for the best flavor and tenderization of meat.
Right before your start the grilling,prepare the guacamole kit accordi
ng to package directions. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Prepare a charcoal or gas fire to medium heat (375F). You can grill th
e fajita vegetables on a vegetable grilling rack sprayed with no-stick
cooking spray. Wrap in foil and set aside.
Cook the tortillas according to package directions on a skillet or on
the indirect side of the grill, wrap in foil and keep warm.
Grill the fajita marinated meat for 8 minutes per side to desired degr
ee of doneness: medium rare, medium or well done. Place the grilled fa
jitas on a cutting board and thin slice across the grain. Wrap the faj
itas in foil and keep warm until ready to make your Bolner's Fajita Ta
