Blackened Grilled Pork Chops
1 tablespoon H-E-B Texas Original Blackened Seasoning
4 H-E-B Natural Boneless Pork Chops, cut 1 inch thick
Place the seasoning on a dish. Press each pork chop into the seasonin
g on both sides. Place the coated pork chops on a foil-lined baking s
heet, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for 30 minutes.
For Grill: Spray grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Prepare charc
oal or gas grill for cooking (375F). Cook pork chops on each side for
7 to 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150F.
For Skillet: Heat skillet 2 to 3 minutes over medium-high heat. Spray
skillet with non-stick cooking spray and cook pork chops for 3 minute
s on each side. Reduce heat to medium low, cover, and cook 5 minutes o
r until internal temperature reaches 150F
