Asian Chicken & Garlic Cauliflower
1 bag (12 oz.) H-E-B fully cooked® asian style chicken
1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B steamable asian or white rice
1 bag (12 oz.) Birds eye steamfresh garlic cauliflower
2 Tablespoons Hill Country Fare oil
2 cups H-E-B frozen fajita blend
1/3 cup Central Market™ Organics soy ginger sauce
Heat the H-E-B Fully Cooked®; Asian Style Chicken, Steamable Rice and
Birds Eye Steamfresh Garlic Cauliflower according to microwave package
directions and set aside.
Heat a large skillet over high heat for 4 minutes. Add the oil and fro
zen fajita blend and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until onion is crusty b
rown. Stir in the heated chicken, garlic cauliflower and soy ginger sa
uce; stir-fry 2 minutes.
Spread the rice on a platter and top with theAsian Chicken Cauliflower
mixture and serve
