1 1/4 pounds ground beef chuck
1/2 cup Canyon Grilling & Dipping Sauce
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup Vidalias & Sweet Peppers Relish
1/4 cup Terrapin Ridge Smokey Onion Mustard
4 Kaiser rolls or hamburger buns

Heat charcoal until covered with a light layer of gray ash or heat gas
grill on High 10 minutes with lid closed.
Meanwhile, combine beef with grilling sauce, salt and pepper. Shape mi
xture into four 4-inch patties.
Grill patties over Medium heat 6 to 7 minutes per side. Top with chees
e after turning to second side; lay buns around perimeter of grill to
heat, if desired. Close grill lid to melt cheese. Before removing from
heat, use an instant read meat thermometer inserted sideways into gro
und beef patties to ensure beef has reached an internal temperature of
160 degrees throughout, or until center is not pink and juices show n
o pink color. Put cooked patties on a clean plate.
Spread bottom half of bun with onion relish. Spread top bun with musta
rd. Place patties, tomato slices and lettuce in between buns. Serve im
