Upside-Down Cherry Dessert
2 cups Toasted Oats
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 can (1 pound 4 oz) cherry pie filling, regular or lite
2 cups frozen low fat yogurt, softened
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray an 8-inch pie pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Place Toasted Oats cereal in a plastic food bag and crush.
Combine crushed cereal, butter or margarine and brown sugar in a large
Press crumb-crust mixture in prepared pie pan.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let sit 5 minutes to cool.
Evenly spread pie filling on crust.
Spread softened yogurt ice cream over cherries.
Eat immediately or cover and freeze.
