Triple Cranberry Chocolate Cake

1/3 cup Hill Country Fare Vegetable Oil

3 large eggs, lightly beaten

1 (18.25 ounces) box Betty Crocker Devil's® Food Cake Mix'

1 1/4 cup Harvest Moon Triple Cranberry Sauce

1 cup H-E-B Cranberry Juice Cocktail

1 container Betty Crocker Whipped Cream Cheese or Chocolate Frosting


Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Heavily spray two 8-inch cake pans with no
nstick cooking spray or greaase with softened margarine and dust with
1 tablespoon flour; shake out excess; set pans aside.
Combine cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, 3/4 cup of Harvest Moon Triple
Cranberry Sauce and cranberry juice cocktail in a large mixing bowl. M
ix for 1 minute on low speed with an electric mixer and scrape down th
e sides of the bowl. Divide cake batter evenly into two prepared cake
pans. Bake on center oven rack for 35 minutes or until cake is done. C
ool cakes completely in pans on cake rack before removing from pans.
Combine remaining 1/2 cup cranberry sauce with cream cheese or chocola
te frosting and beat with electric mixer on low speed for 15 seconds.
Place first cake round on a cake plate and frost cake on top and sides
. Place second layer on top of the first layer and frost remaining sid
es and top of cake.
