45 to 50 minutes
1 box (18.25 oz.) Spice cake mix
1/2 cup H-E-B margarine softened
4 H-E-B brown eggs
1 teaspoon H-E-B the baker scoop two fold vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups Dark corn syrup
1/2 cup Packed brown sugar
1 cup Hill Country Fare chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Reserve 2/3 cups cake mix and set aside. Mix remaining cake mix, marga
rine and 1 egg. Pat in prepared pan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Beat together 3 eggs, vanilla, reserved 2/3 cups cake mix, corn syrup,
and brown sugar. Pour over baked cake in pan. Sprinkle pecans on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool on wire rack for 20 minutes. Cut into 2 x
2 inch squares. Serve with H-E-B Creamy Creations®; Vanilla Ice Cream
