24 Cupcake Paper Liners
2 cups H-E-B the baker’s scoop low protein flour
1 1/2 cups H-E-B sugar
3 tespoons Hill Country Fare baking powder
1/2 tespoon salt
1 cup H-E-B 2% milk
1/2 cup Hill Country Fare shortening
1 tespoon Hill Country Fare vanilla
Heat oven to 350F. Insert cupcake paper liners in two 12-cup muffin pa
In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk an
d shortening.Mix the batter with an electric mixer on low speed until
the batter is moistened(about 30 seconds). Increase the speed to mediu
m and beat the batter for2 minutes. Add the vanilla and eggs; continue
to beat the batter at medium speedfor 2 more minutes. Pour the batter
into the prepared muffin pans.
Bake the cupcakes on the center oven rack for 20 minutes or until a to
othpickinserted in the center comes out clean. Cool the cakes complete
ly and removefrom pans.
Ice the cupcakes with frosting.
