3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) H-E-B Butter, chilled

2 cups flour

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup H-E-B Butter

1/3 cup honey

2 tablespoons H-E-B Heavy Whipping Cream

1 cup packed brown sugar

2 cups Hill Country Fare Pecan Pieces


Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
To prepare crust, cut 1 1/2 sticks butter into 1/2-inch pieces and pla
ce in food processor. Add remaining crust ingredients and pulse (on/of
f) until mixture begins to form small lumps. Place in a 9 x 13-inch ba
king pan and pat crust mixture over bottom. Bake 20 minutes or until l
ight golden. Remove from oven.
Prepare topping while crust bakes: melt butter in a heavy 2-quart sauc
epan over Medium heat. Stir in honey and cream. Add brown sugar; stir
and bring to a boil. Cook 1 minute, remove from heat and stir in pecan
Pour topping evenly over hot crust. Return to oven and bake 20 minutes
longer or until topping is browned and bubbling. Let cool; cut into s
quares and serve. Note: If bars are difficult to cut, place in oven
for 5 minutes to warm slightly or cut bars while still warm
