1/4 cup H-E-B brown sugar

1 teaspoon Hill Country Fare cinnamon

1/2 cup Hill Country Fare raisins

1/2 cup Hill Country Fare pecan pieces

2 cups H-E-B Powdered Sugar

1/4 cup H-E-B Orange Juice

Directions

Combine the flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a large mixing bowl and ma
ke a well inthe center.
Add the lukewarm milk, 1/2 cup lukewarm water, melted butter and beate
n egg to the well in the flour. Use your hands to mix into a soft doug
h. Place the dough on a floured surface and knead the dough for 10 min
utes. If your mixer has a dough hook, knead the dough on low speed for
5 minutes. Place the dough in a bowl sprayed with non-stickcooking oi
l, cover with a cloth and allow to rise in a warm corner of the kitche
n for45 minutes or until it doubles in size.
Meanwhile combine the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, raisins and pecan
s in a microwave safe bowl. Heat the filling mixture for 1 minute on H
igh power and set aside to cool.
Heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line two 8-inch cake pans with parchme
nt paper, spray withnon-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Punch down dough and knead for 2 minutes. Roll the dough into an 12-in
ch by 16-inch square. Spread the cooled filling on the dough and leave
a clean 1 inch edge on one ofthe 16-inch sides. Beginning from the 16
-inch side with the filling to the edge, roll the dough up tightly and
press the ends to seal in the filling. Place a 12-inch piece of denta
l floss under the roll at 1-inch intervals and tie the ends so that it
cuts the roll into 16 1-inch slices. Arrange the slices in the prepar
ed baking pans, cover with a clean towel and let the dough rise 15 min
utes in a warm corner of the kitchen.
Bake the cinnamon rolls for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden. While ro
les are rising, combine the powdered sugar and orange juice in a small
bowl and set aside. When rolls are baked, drizzle each with the sugar
glaze. Serve warm.
