Mango Sorbet

1 1/4 cup water

3/4 cup sugar

2 to 3 mangoes

6 tablespoon fresh lime juice

2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice


In a small saucepan, combine water and sugar; bring to a boil and cook
over medium heat 5 minutes or until sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat, pour into ice cube trays or a sheet pan and chill fo
r 1 1/2 hours Peel mangoes and cut into large chunks.
Blend in food processor until smooth.
Combine chilled sugar syrup, mango puree, lime juice and lemon juice i
n food processor until smooth and light.
Pack in a plastic freezer container or pour into ice cube trays and re
turn to freezer for 3 to 4 hours or until frozen.
