1 1/2 cups Hill Country Fare Whole Pecans
3 H-E-B Extra Large Eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon H-E-B Baker's® Scoop Double Vanilla Extract'
1 cup H-E-B Brown Sugar
3 tablespoons each: Hill Country Fare Light Corn Syrup and Dark Corn
1 (9-inch) frozen Hill Country Fare Frozen Deep Dish Pie Crust
Heat oven to 350F. Measure 1 cup pecans and set aside. Chop remaining
pecans and set aside.
Combine eggs, vanilla, brown sugar, and corn syrups in a bowl; stir un
til blended. Add chopped pecans to the syrup mixture and pour into fro
zen deep-dish piecrust. Decorate top of pie with remaining whole pecan
Place pie on a baking sheet and bake on center oven rack for 25 minute
s. Carefully remove from oven, loosely cover pie with foil, then retur
n to oven and bake for 20 more minutes or until a knife inserted in th
e center comes out clean.
Cool pie completely before serving
