Juicy Lemon Apple Mold

1 1/2 cup boiling water

1 (8-serving) package Jell-O brand lemon flavor gelatin

2 cup cold apple juice

1 cup chopped red and green apples


Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until
completely dissolved.
Stir in apple juice. Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened
(spoon drawn through mixture leaves definite impression).
Stir in apples.
Pour into 6-cup mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
Unmold. Garnish as desired. *How to unmold gelatin: Dip mold in warm
water for about 15 seconds. Gently pull gelatin from around the edges
with moist finger. Place moistened serving plate on top of mold. Inver
t mold and plate; holding mold and plate together, shake slightly to l
oosen. Gently remove mold and center gelatin on plate
