Ingredients

1/4 cup sliced almonds or pecan pieces

2 Tbsp. sugar

1/8 tsp apple pie spice

1 ctnr. (36 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go! Seasonal Salad

2 Tbsp each: chopped fresh gingermint leaves and shredded coconut

1 cup Hill Country Fare regular or reduced fat whipped topping

Directions


Heat a large skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add sugar, nuts a
nd apple pie spice to hot skillet and stir constantly until sugar cara
melizes and coats nuts (about 3-5 minutes). Quickly pour glazed nuts o
n a sheet of foil to cool.
Combine the H-E-B Ready,Fresh,Go! Seasonal Salad, ginger, mint, coconu
t and whipped topping in a large bowl; toss to coat. Cover fruit with
plastic wrap and chill for 20 minutes or until ready to serve.
Before serving, top with glazed nuts.
