2 Hill Country Fare Fruit Cups with juice

2 H-E-B Large White Eggs

1 (8 oz.) cntr. Hill Country Fare Light Whipped Topping


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line cupcake tins with 12 paper liners and s
et aside.
Combine pouch cake mix, fruit cups with juice and egg whites in a larg
e mixing bowl. Mix batter with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 s
econds. Scrape the bowl sides and mix batter 2 more minutes on medium
speed. Divide the batter into the 12 cup cake liners.
Bake cupcakes for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the cent
er of the cupcakes comes clean. Cool cupcakes and ice with 2 tablespoo
ns light whipped topping
