1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist Cake Mix
3 large eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
1 containter (12-16 oz.) Betty Crocker Ready To Serve Chocolate Frosti
7 oz. shredded Hill Country Fare Sweetened Coconut
1 teaspoon green food coloring
1 tube (4.25 oz.) white decorator frosting
* Goal Posts:
1 box (6 oz.) Baker's White Chocolate
3 large pretzel sticks
CAKE INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Prepare and bake cake according to package instructions. Cool cake com
pletely (about 30 minutes).
Invert cooled cake onto a foil lined cookie sheet or fancy tray. Ice
cake with chocolate icing.
Combine coconut and green food coloring in a plastic bag. Shake until
Evenly spread coconut over top of cake. Draw lines with decorator fro
sting on field to create yardage markings and end zone.
GOAL POST INSTRUCTIONS: Place a 12 inch square piece of wax or parchm
ent paper on cookie sheet.
Melt white chocolate according to box instructions.
Meanwhile, cut one pretzel in half for the base of the goal posts, cut
remaining pretzels into fourths for the tops of the goal posts.
Dip pretzel pieces into melted chocolate, tapping off excess. Place on
prepared paper to form into goal post shapes.
Once goal posts have been made, transfer cookie sheet into refrigerato
r to chill.
