Eggnog Ice Cream De Posada
1 pkg. (13 ct.) H-E-B Ready to Cook Flour Tortillas
1 cup Hill Country Fare Canola Oil for frying
1/4 cup H-E-B Sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups H-E-B Creamy Creations® Eggnog Ice Cream
1/4 cup H-E-Buddy Chocolate Syrup
Cut the raw flour tortillas in half and set aside. Heat the oil in a l
arge skillet over medium high heat for 4 minutes. Meanwhile combine th
e sugar & cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.
Fry the raw flour tortillas for 5 seconds on each side, drain on paper
towels and sprinkle the buñuelos with cinnamon sugar.
Place 2 to 3 buñuelos on a dessert plate and top with 1 to 2 scoops of
H-E-B Creamy Creations® Eggnog Ice Cream. Top each dessert with 1
Tablespoon chocolate sauce and serve immediately.
