Ingredients

1 frozen 9-inch Hill Country Fare Pie Crust, baked

1 envelope Hill Country Fare Unflavored Gelatin

1 1/2 cups Hill Country Fare Green Apple-Flavored Sparkling Water

6 Granny Smith apples, cored, peeled and thin sliced OR 2 16-ounce ba
gs Hill Country Fare frozen Fuji apple slices, no sugar added

1 teaspoon apple pie spice

8 packets Hill Country Fare No-Calorie Sweetener (or use 1 cup of Sple
nda)

Directions


Bake pie crust according to package directions and cool.
Pour 1/4 cup cold water into a small microwave-safe bowl. Sprinkle gel
atin into water and let set 1 minute. Microwave on High power for 1 mi
nute and add 1 1/2 cup Hill Country Fare Sparkling Flavored Apple wate
r; stir to combine.
Combine frozen sliced apples with apple pie spice and sugar substitute
; toss to coat. Add apples to dissolved gelatin mixture and immediatel
y pour apple mixture into crust.
Cover pie with plastic wrap and chill 20 minutes or until firm and rea
dy to cut.
