Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries

24 large strawberries

4 oz. Ambrosia Bitter Sweet Chocolate Bark, chopped into small pieces


Place the chocolate in the top portion of a double boiler pan. Place 1
1/2 cups water in the bottom portion of a double boiler pan. Heat ove
r medium high heat, stirring frequently, until chocolate in upper pan
begins to melt.
Allow melted chocolate to cool to 84 degrees. Dip the bottom third of
each strawberry in the melted chocolate syrup. Set on a clean baking s
heet and allow to chill for 15 minutes or until set. Allow the fruit t
o set a room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes before serving
