Cherry Chocolate Bundt Cake

1 box (18.25 oz.) Hill Country Fare Devil's® Food cake mix

3 large eggs

1/2 cup Hill Country Fare Canola Oil

1 can (20 oz.) Lucky Leaf cherry pie filling

1/3 cup H-E-B Powdered Sugar


Heat oven to 350F. Heavily spray a Bundt pan with non-stick cooking sp
ray or grease with softened margarine and dust with flour; shake out e
Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, 1/2 can Lucky Leaf Cherry Pie Filling and
1 cup water in a large mixing bowl. Mix for 2 minutes on medium speed
with an electric mixer. Evenly spoon the cake batter into the prepare
d cake pan. Bake the cake on the center oven rack for 45 minutes or un
til cake is done. Cool cake completely in pan on cake rack before remo
ving from Bundt pan.
Place the cake flat-side down on a cake platter and sprinkle with the
powdered sugar. Top the cake with the remaining cherry pie filling. Cu
t cake into 12 slices and enjoy!
