Caribbean Pecan Cookie Coolers
12 jumbo aluminum foil baking cups
24 H-E-B pecan treasures cookies
3 cups H-E-B Creamy Creations pineapple ice cream
Line a muffin pan with 12 extra large aluminum foil baking cups.
Place an H-E-B pecan treasure cookie in each foil baking cup. Scoop 1/
4 cup H-E-B Creamy Creations pineapple ice cream over each cookie. Top
each ice cream filled cup with another H-E-B pecan treasure cookie an
d gently press cookie over ice cream.
Cover pan with plastic wrap or foil and freeze for 30 minutes or more.
Once cookie coolers are frozen, place in a large freezer storage bag.
