Ingredients

2 cups H-E-B Tortilla Chips, crushed

2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded

1 cup H-E-B Ready,Fresh,Go! Pepper & Onion Strips

1 large Tomato, thin sliced

1/4 c. cilantro, chopped

8 H-E-B Grade A Large Eggs, beaten until frothy

Directions


Heat oven to 300F. Spray a 2 quart baking dish with non-stick cooking
spray, set aside.
Layer the tortilla chips, cheese, pepper & onion strips, tomatoes and
cilantro in prepared baking dish. Pour the beaten eggs over the layers
. Bake on center rack for 25 minutes or until a knife inserted in the
center comes out clean. Cut into squares and serve
