12 ounces peeled and deveined raw shrimp
1 cup mushrooms
4 tablespoons butter
4 eggs, beaten
8 ounces swiss cheese, shredded
1 cup half and half
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
3/4 teaspoon Chef Geoffrey Michael's Spicet Seasoning
1 10-inch unbaked pie shell
1 pinch pinch of Chef Geoffrey Michael's Caliente Seasoning, or to tas
Bake pie shell per package instructions.
Sauté shrimp and mushrooms in butter.
Mix in remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center
comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
