Ingredients

1 Hill Country Fare Refrigerated Pie Crust

6 slices H-E-B Fully Cooked Bacon, chopped

1 cup H-E-B Chipotle Salsa

6 H-E-B eggs

1 cup H-E-B Half and Half

1 cup shredded H-E-B Mexican Blend Cheese

Directions


Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line a deep-dish pie pan with one Hill Count
ry Fare Refrigerated Pie Crust. Sprinkle chopped bacon in the pie crus
t and set aside.
Combine salsa, eggs, half and half and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese in a
bowl. Season mixture with salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Carefu
lly pour egg mixture over bacon. Top the quiche with the remaining shr
edded cheese.
Bake on center oven rack for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Reduce oven te
mperature to 350 degrees and continue baking quiche for 35 more minute
s or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean
