Old Fashion Multi-Grain Pancakes
3/4 cup each: H-E-B all purpose flour & whole wheat flour
1/3 cup Hill Country Fare cornmeal
1/2 cup Hill Country Fare old-fashion or quick oats
2 1/2 teaspoons Hill Country Fare baking powder
1 3/4 teaspoons H-E-B soymilk
2 eggs or Hill Country Fare Egg Substitute, beaten
Combine all purpose flour, cornmeal, oats and baking powder in a large
mixing bowl. Add HEB Soy Milk and beaten eggs to flour mixture and st
ir until mixture forms a thick batter. Set Batter aside.
Lightly grease hot griddle with oil. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pan
cake on hot griddle. Cook pancakes for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes per side. Tu
rn pancakes only once.
