1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup coconut
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly oil and flour four miniature loaf pans.
Sift flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt together.
Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
Add flour mixture; mix well.
Fill prepared pans three-fourths full.
Bake 55 minutes
