1 1/2 pounds Beef Top Sirloin Steak, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 cup picante salsa (medium)
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil, optional
32 4-inch wood or bamboo skewers
Combine salsa, spices and oil together in a glass dish or seal-able pl
astic bag to make marinade.
Marinate the beef cubes for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Stir or turn s
teak cubes halfway through marinating time.
For appetizers, skewer two cubes per 4-inch wooden stick. Grill over M
edium coals for 4 to 5 minutes. Turn occasionally.
