20 large mushrooms, cleaned
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons chopped celery
1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon green onion
1 clove garlic
2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon oregano
* salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Remove mushroom stems and chop for filling.
Place mushroom caps on baking sheet.
Chop green pepper, celery, green onion, and garlic (or garlic already
chopped in a jar, 2 teaspoons).
Melt butter in skillet. Add mushroom stems and all chopped ingredient
s. Cook until tender.
Remove from heat; add mustard, oregano, salt and pepper. Fill mushroom
caps. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, bake 10 minutes. Serve hot.
