54 Bite Size Pieces
2 cups grated Monterey Jack Cheese
2 cups grated Cheddar Cheese
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
2 cups milk
1 cup biscuit mix
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup salsa
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Coat 9x13 inch glass pan with vegetable spray.
Sprinkle cheeses in bottom of pan.
Top with chilies and jalapenos.
Combine milk, biscuit mix and eggs; beat until smooth.
Pour over pan ingredients.
Top with salsa.
Bake until puffed and golden, 25 to 30 minutes.
Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares (makes 6 cuts down and 9 cuts across)
