2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/2 head iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced
1 (10 ounce) bag H-E-B Tortilla Chips
1 (12 ounce) bag H-E-B Fully Cooked Taco-Seasoned Beef Crumbles
1 (15 ounce) can Rico's® Nacho Cheddar Cheese Sauce'
1 small onion, chopped
1 (16 ounce) jar Hill Country Fare Picante Sauce
1/4 cup H-E-B Harvest Moon Jalapeno Slices, drained
Combine the cheese sauce and beef crumbles in a microwave-safe bowl an
d cover with plastic wrap. Heat in microwave on High power for 3 minut
es. Set mixture aside.
Spread half of the bag of chips on a large serving platter or tray. Sp
oon half of the cheese-beef mixture over the chips. Spread the remaini
ng chips over the first layer of chips and spoon the remaining cheese-
beef mixture over the chips.
