Low Carb Texas Cream Cheese Pinwheels
1 (8 ounce) package H-E-B Cream Cheese, softened
1 (6 ounce) pouch H-E-B Albacore Tuna
1/4 cup H-E-B Harvest Moon™ Jalapens, drained
1/2 teaspoon Hill Country Fare Fajita Seasoning
1/2 cup fresh parsley OR cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 (10 count) package H-E-B Reduced Carb Flour Tortillas
Combine the cream cheese, tuna, jalapeños, and fajita seasoning in a f
ood processor bowl. Process the mixture for 30 seconds to a chunky tex
ture. Stir in the chopped parsley and red bell pepper.
Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons cream cheese mixture on each tortilla and spr
ead, leaving 1/2 inch of the tortilla edge without cheese mixture. Rol
l each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate the pinw
heels for 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
Before serving, remove the plastic wrap and cut each tortilla into 6 s
lices. Arrange the slices on a serving platter and enjoy.
