8 ozs. refrigerated H-E-B Crabmeat
8 ozs. H-E-B Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Rothschild Farm Toasted Garlic & Horseradish Dip
1 cup shredded H-E-B Italian Blend Cheese
1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted, if desired
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole or au gratin dish wi
th non-stick spray.
Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Rothschild dip and juice of
1 lemon in a medium mixing bowl on Medium speed until smooth.
Stir in crabmeat, cheese and almonds. Transfer to prepared dish and ba
ke 20 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly. Serve with cr
ackers or toasted French baguette slices
