1 (16oz) bag frozen Hill Country Fare Black-eyed Peas

1 (4 oz) jar H-E-B Harvest Moon Chopped Pimiento Peppers

1 (9oz) jar H-E-B Harvest Moon Sliced Mushrooms, drained & chopped

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1/2 cup celery, chopped

1/2 cup H-E-B Harvest Moon Pickled Jalapeño Peppers, chopped, w
ith liquid

1/4 cup H-E-B Olive Oil


Cook frozen black-eyed peas according to package directions; drain wel
Place black-eyed peas in a large mixing bowl; add pimiento, onion, cel
ery, chopped mushrooms, jalapeƱo and olive oil. Season to taste with s
alt and pepper.
Cover and chill for at least 15 minutes before serving or refrigerate
for up to 3 days.
