Herb & Garlic Zestidillas
1 (12-count) package H-E-B Garlic Herb Zestilla Tortillas
12 slices H-E-B Deli Italian Asiago Cheese, sliced thin
1 cup Puttanesca Pasta Sauce
1 (4 ounce) jar H-E-B Harvest Moon Pimiento Strips, drained
1 tomatoes, sliced thin
1/2 red onion, sliced thin
Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with foil and spray
with nonstick cooking spray.
Place 3 tortillas on each baking sheet. Spread each tortilla with 1 1/
2 tablespoons pasta sauce. Place 3 tablespoons shredded cheese over sa
uce and top with 3 slices each of pimiento strips, tomato, and onion.
Top the Zestillas with 3 tablespoons shredded cheese and another Garli
c Herb Zestilla. Spray the top of the Zestilla with nonstick cooking s
pray. Bake in oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven, turn Zestillas ove
r and bake another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortillas a
re golden brown.
Remove from oven, let cool 5 minutes, and place on cutting surface. Cu
t into wedges and serve
