12 H-E-B White Corn Tortillas
1 package (12 oz) H-E-B Fully Fit™ Fresh Lean Ground Turkey
1 teaspoon H-E-B Chicken Fajita Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Hill Country Fare Canola Oil
1 can (15 oz) Hill Country Fare Fat Free Refried Beans
3 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 c. H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® Chopped Onions
3/4 c. H-E-B Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
Heat oven to 450°F. Place corn tortillas on oven rack and bake for
3 to 4 minutes. The tortillas will puff. Remove baked tortillas from
oven and set aside.
Heat skillet over high heat for 3 minutes. Combine the turkey, fajita
seasoning. and canola oil in a bowl. Add the seasoned ground turkey t
o hot skillet and stir-fry for 4 minutes. Add 1/2 cup Water to cooke
d ground turkey and cook for 1 minute more.
Spread 1 1/2 Tablespoon refried beans on each crisp tortilla shell and
top with 2 Tablespoons cooked ground turkey, 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
, 3 Tablespoons chopped tomato, 2 Tablespoons chopped onions and 1 Tab
lespoons shredded fat free cheese.
