Grilled Chicken Mini Appetizers
2 H-E-B Fully Cooked Boneless Seasoned Chicken Breasts, thawed & slic
1 cup H-E-B Harvest Moon Roasted Red Peppers, drained & sliced
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup H-E-B Texas Bold Bar-B-Que Sauce, any flavor
1 (8 ounce) package H-E-B Colby Jack Shredded Cheese
6 H-E-B Homestyle Flour Tortillas
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 large baking sheets with nonstick co
oking spray and set aside.
Combine sliced chicken, sliced peppers, chopped onions, barbecue sauce
and shredded cheese in a large mixing bowl; toss to combine.
Place 3 to 4 tortillas on each prepared baking sheet. Spread 1/2 cup o
f chicken mixture on each flour tortilla. Bake chicken appetizers for
8 to 10 minutes and cut into 6 to 8 wedges. Serve hot.
