1 loaf day old French bread
3 ounces cream cheese
1/3 pound sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup margarine
2 egg whites, beaten to stiff peaks
1 dash hot sauce (optional)
Trim crust and cut bread into 1-inch squares.
Melt margarine and cheese in a double boiler or microwave.
Fold into egg whites.
Dip bread into cheese mixture, place on a cookie sheet, cover with foi
l or wax paper and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minute
