Easy Quesadillas With Cuitlacoche

Ingredients

1 10 count package H-E-B corn tortillas

1 8 oz. package H-E-B Oxaca or Monterrey Jack cheese, thinly sliced

1 8 oz. jar Cocina Mestiza Cuitalacoche

1 16.4 oz. can La Sabroza salsa

Directions


Heat griddle or large skillet over high heat for 3 minutes. Place 3 to
4 tortillas on hot griddle and heat them for 15 seconds. Turn tortill
as over and place a slice of cheese in the center of the tortilla. Top
the cheese with 1 tablespoon of Cocina Mestiza Cuitlacoche.
Allow cheese to begin melting and then fold quesadilla in half. Turn t
he quesadilla over 4 times (every 30 seconds) until the cheese is comp
letely melted and the tortilla is slightly golden. Cut quesadillas in
half and serve with La Sabroza Salsa
