1 (8 ounce) bag H-E-B Mexican 4-Blend Cheese

2 tablespoons H-E-B Harvest Moon Red Jalapeno Slices, drained & choppe
d

1 (12 ounce) package H-E-B Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Fajitas, choppe
d

1/2 cup Hill Country Fare Fried Onions

1 cup H-E-B Sour Cream

12 H-E-B Homestyle Flour Tortillas

1 (8 ounce) package frozen Yucatan Guacamole, thawed (in the dairy cas

e)

Directions


Combine the cheese, jalapeƱo slices, chopped chicken fajitas, fried on
ions and sour cream in a large mixing bowl.
Heat a large skillet or griddle to High heat. Place 2 or 3 tortillas o
n hot griddle. Top each tortilla with 1/3 cup of quesadilla mixture an
d top with another tortilla. Heat each side for 1 minute or until chee
se is melted. Place on cutting board and cut into 4 or 6 wedges. Serve
warm with Yucatan Guacamole.
