Crunch Cheesy Chicken Fingers
2 cups Crunchy cheese flavored snacks
1/2 cup H-E-B the baker's® scoop all purpose flour'
1/2 tsp. H-E-B black pepper
1 package Chicken breast tenders
1 cup Buttermilk
2 Tablespoons H-E-B Butter
2 Tbsp. canola oil
Process cheese snacks in food processor until coarsely ground. Combine
cheese snacks, flour, and black pepper in a large bowl.
Place chicken tenders and buttermilk in a separate bowl, toss to coat.
Remove chicken tenders from milk one at a time and coat with breading
mixture. Lay on a baking sheet until all chicken is coated.
Melt 1 Tablespoon of butter plus 1 Tablespoon of canola oil in a large
non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Place some of the chicken tenders in heated pan so they are not overcr
owded. Saute chicken for 3-5 minutes on each side.
Repeat steps 4 and 5 for second batch.
