Chicken Breasts & Goat Cheese In Puff Pastry
4 each Chicken Breast halves, boneless and skinless (about 1 1/4 pound
1 package frozen puff pastry shells (6 shells/10 ounce), thawed
1 teaspoon Alessi Sea Salt
2 tablespoon Hill Country Fare Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon Hill Country Fare Ground Black Pepper
1 (5.3 ounce) package Chavrie® Goat Cheese with Basil & Garlic
1 H-E-B Egg
Thaw pastry according to package directions. Spray a large baking shee
t with nonstick spray.
Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Season both sides of chicken with salt and

in diameter. Beat egg and water together to make an egg wash.

Close pastry shells over chicken to form half circles and seal.
