Chicken And Zucchini Rolls With Alfredo Sauce
1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B select grilled zucchini slices
1 bag (24.6 oz.) H-E-B fully cooked® breaded chicken strips
1 jar (16 oz.) Classico sun-dried tomato alfredo sauce
1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
Thaw zucchini in microwave until flexible.
Wrap each chicken strip with one slice of zucchini and lay in rows in
a microwave safe 9 x 13 inch pan.
After pan is filled, lay remaining slices of zucchini over exposed pie
ces of chicken.
Pour Sun-Dried Tomato Alfredo Sauce evenly over dish and sprinkle ligh
tly with Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 10 minute intervals until dis
